Swine dispersal Date: Every last Friday of the Month Venue: Barangay Balubal, Cagayan de Oro Status of the Project: Accomplished Avenue of Service: Community Service Description: The project aims to provide additional source of income and livelihood among the beneficiaries are 25 selected families in barangay Balubal and augment their meager income through hog/swine raising. The beneficiaries shall undergo a three (3) day workshop-seminar upon which they shall be taught and train in swine raising. After the seminar, each of the beneficiaries shall receive two (2) swine/hog to raise. This project shall in partnership with the program of Cong. Constantino “Tinex” Jaraula who shall give his counterpart by way of his Countrywide Development Fund in the amount of One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) Pesos. Further, the club shall likewise put up an amount of P100,000.00 pesos as its counterpart in terms of monitoring and implementation and information and education component (IEC). Objective(s): 1) To augment and provide additional income to the families 2) To transfer knowhow on swine raising.
